Director Charles Hibbard explains why they decided to use Ace.
Over the years we’ve worked with a number of contractors, some have been fine but plenty have been ‘dodgy’ and have not provided us with a good enough quality of service. It’s a refreshing change to deal with Ace – they provide us with a good reliable service. In addition, they installed our equipment efficiently and gave us plenty of product information, which was important to us – we wanted to know what was being installed where, for what reasons and how exactly it worked.
Can
you explain how you are dealt with when you have an enquiry or a concern that
needs addressing?
When you call you are assigned to a member of staff, who then deals with your problem until it is solved. Ace are genuinely concerned about what you are trying to achieve, they value you as a customer and as a person. I also feel they are honest with you, their quotes and pricing isn’t based on what they might want or need i.e. company profits, but what you want as a client
If you had to describe Ace to prospective customers what would you say?
I would describe them as a supplier that a business would naturally go for.
Another attractive quality about them is there is absolutely no hard sell. You’re
not dealing with pushy, aggressive salesmen who are trying to rip you off and
meet their targets.
They will pick the appropriate technology that is needed. For example they won’t
sell you the most expensive cover even though it would be financially beneficial
for them, they will sell you the most practical and suitable option that matches
your needs. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them, they’ve been a pleasure
to deal with and I’m sure I will continue to enjoy a healthy relationship with
them in the future.
