Installing an access control solution in a trendy new office space in London
The project involved installing access control on the two floors of a large, reinforced concrete building occupied by the client. The client had a strong idea of what they wanted from the outset and requested to use a specific access control system, Brivo. They also required this to be able to integrate with the landlord’s access control system on the ground floor of the building.
To kick off the project, we joined our fit-out partner AIS for a face-to-face meeting with the client where we discussed specific Brivo access control requirements. This was attended by both an Account Manager and a dedicated Project Manager from Ace.
It was important that access was secure on both floors. We installed access control to the main door on both floors, as well as to speed lanes that led out into the office space. An additional 25 access control points were added throughout the space to high-security areas for enhanced protection.
