Site visit by Technical Sales team member who estimates material needs and discussed technology, system options and enhanced occupant safety and wellbeing


Pricing in response to specification received and discussed, ROI and enhanced safety and wellbeing


Proposal is peer reviewed before submission. Technology options and benefits are clearly described


Delivery and Installation teams are briefed by the Technical Sales team. A dedicated PM is appointed for large projects


Ace works closely with BIM teams and the end-user to optimise equipment and control and plans on-going maintenance and monitoring

Engineers and Technicians

Ace certified engineers and technicians install, commission and certify the solution co-ordinating training and hand-over

Central Monitoring

Post-installation, Ace exit or commence maintenance and central monitoring under an SLA
