An Asset Management Company

Installing access control and CCTV at the new London office of a European firm

An Ace security solutions case study

An asset management company required a security solution for its new office space near Bank. AIS, the appointed fit-out company, required a partner who could deliver the installation of CCTV cameras and the client’s chosen proprietary access control system on time and to budget.

Key Issues

The client wanted to install the same proprietary access control system they have in their European head office to allow for key personnel to travel easily between the two offices using the same cards and badges.

Ace approach

As we were working with a European access control system, the project required careful management to ensure we had everything we needed to complete the install. We liaised directly with a provider in Europe to get the goods and services delivered to the UK.

We were able to get the goods across to the UK and we installed 15 access control points across the two floors of the building occupied by the client. We also installed CCTV throughout the space, including 9 Hikvision cameras.

We provided a dedicated Project Manager who acted as the key point of contact for AIS and managed all liaisons with the European provider. The Project Manager was also onsite throughout the installation to ensure the design specifications were met and the project was completed on time.

The installation was completed on time and within budget, and the client has peace of mind that their people and assets are protected by a security solution they trust and that they have ease of movement between their sites.
